Maha Sarakham Province

Visiting My Mentor's Hometown in Maha Sarakham Province

another "wake up early" day

My mentor, Kruu Noina decided to take me to her hometown today. I was all by myself. not even one of my friend come with me. Actually that was kind of lonely to travel by myself while my "travel partner" did not really "communicate" with me. Kruu Noina can't speak English very well, so I didn't talk much to her.
As the time goes by, I arrived at Maha Sarakham Province 3 hours later.

I had super special lunch at Kruu Noina's house. they welcome me dearly. I was so moved when they greet me in front of house door. All of Kruu Noina's family member welcomed and greeted me very well. we walked block by block in the neighborhood. I met a lot of humble person there and took a lot of pictures also.

The most special person I met in Maha Sarakham Province was Kruu Noina's niece, Gift. She speaks English so well. we were same age so we had so much fun when we had conversation. Gift took a major in Thai Language at Khon Khaen University (p.s sorry if I misspell it). She had a lot of traveling experiences. She even went to USA for internship program. That's why she could speak English so well. What a cool girl!
and then, we went back to Udon Thani right after I prayed Dzuhur.

That's not complete if we missed visiting Temple. So, we visit temple in Maha Sarakham Province (I don't really ask the Temple's name, Lol)

There was sort of unique view when I was waiting Kruu Noina upstairs, I saw people pulling the rope to elevate the huge kind of crown made from gold to be place above the Pagoda. and as much as I remember, they said that it was part of the ceremonial worship they did to get lucky. That was fascinating, tho.
Finally, we went back to Udon Thani safely. Thank you Allah for letting me know the the humble person like Kruu Noina and her family, hopefully they continue to love each other and live their life with joy.
